Southern Chester County Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (SCCEMS) operates two stations 24/7 to provide coverage to the 220 square miles of our primary service area.
SCCEMS Headquarters
Station 941
1015 West Baltimore Pike, West Grove
SCCEMS leases space from the Tower Health ( at the former Jennersville Hospital.) This station serves as the organization’s headquarters with offices of the EMS Chief/CEO. MEDIC 941 is housed at this station serving the western portion of our primary response area. Reserve vehicles are also housed at this station in a 2 bay garage and placed into service during times of peak demand and special events.
Avondale Fire Company Station

23 Firehouse Lane, Avondale
SCCEMS moved its east unit, MEDIC 94, to the new Avondale Firehouse on Route 41 (Gap-Newport Pike,) just south of Avondale Borough in 2007. This shared facility with the Avondale Fire Company Fire and EMS Divisions provides for office and bay space for operations as well as the use of all of the fire station facilities by the MEDIC 942 assigned paramedics.
