Service Area
SCCEMS provides advanced life support and paramedic services with stations located at the former Jennersville Hospital and the Avondale Fire Company. Based in geographically-advantageous locations to serve residents from Kennett Square to the Maryland state line, our Medic 94 units are equipped to respond within one minute of being dispatched. Our response goal is to be on the scene of an accident or emergency in 10 minutes or less — anywhere in our response district.
SCCEMS covers 17 municipalities, a total of 220 square miles with 24,000 households and businesses and approximately 75,000 residents. Our units cover ALS emergencies in the southwestern corner of Chester County including all or portions of the following:

- Franklin
- London Britain
- Londonderry
- London Grove
- Lower Oxford
- New Garden
- New London
- Oxford
- Penn
- Upper Oxford
- West Grove
